To register your team for the tournament, complete the following steps. Teams will be accepted in the order that they complete both registration requirements (including the registration of ALL players).
- Submit a team roster including the coach’s name & contact information and the full names and shirt sizes for all players using the link below:
- AFTER THE TEAM ROSTER HAS BEEN SUBMITTED, each individual player must register and pay online using the following link:
Register for 2025-2026 USAV Host Tournaments
Tournaments will be held at the Victoria College Sports Center located at
2200 East Red River Street – Victoria, TX 77901
Doors will open at 7:15 a.m.
Southern Swing Volleyball is conveniently located in Victoria – the “Crossroads of South Texas” – and is an easy drive from Houston, Austin, San Antonio and Corpus Christi. We are home to travel teams for girls of all ages and offer a variety of programs year-round that include leagues, camps, private lessons and tournaments. We invite you to participate in our USAV sanctioned events and we look forward to welcoming you to our community!
All Southern Swing Classic Tournaments can be found on Advanced Event Systems (AES). To register your team, click the “Register” link next to the desired tournament, complete the required registration information and submit a check for the applicable registration fees to the address provided on the AES entry form.
Admission – $10 for Adults & $5 for Children
Adequate bleacher seating is available inside the Sports Center gym. No outside food or drinks allowed inside the gym – teams may leave ice chests on the covered porch outside of the facility. Tables and chairs are also available outside. Teams may set up tents in the grassy area near the Sports Center, weather permitting. The sand court is absolutely off limits during tournaments.
